Phone Consultation (non-refundable)

Phone Consultations are available to interstate and overseas clients who are outside the Melbourne travel zone, and throughout Australia. Some local clients may also prefer a phone consultation over a home visit.
During the call I will troubleshoot any specific issues you are having, and develop a routine that suits both you and your baby.  My phone service is beneficial to anyone who needs advice in relation to their current settling, sleep or feeding issues.

The initial consultation usually takes around 30-45 minutes. Following this, I provide 3 weeks (21 days) of free follow-up ONGOING SUPPORT phone calls, as this may be needed to assist you in implementing your program.

In addition, we send out a tailored routine for you to follow as discussed.

UNLIMITED FOLLOW UP PHONE SUPPORT:

• $129 can be added onto this package to receive unlimited follow up consultations until your baby is 3 years old. (If you add this later the price is $260 saving you $131 if ordered now.)

Calm Babies Phone Consults Include: 

• • 1 on 1 detailed phone consultation regarding your settling, sleep or feeding issues, where I provide advice and solutions (the phone consult usually lasts between 30-45 min).
  • Implementation of a Tailored Routine suiting your circumstances.
  • Implementation of Settling Strategies .
  • A downloadable version of the “Calm Babies Settling Guide” that will support our phone consultation and includes:
    • detailed information to get started.
    • helpful hints and tips to consider.
    • step by step settling techniques.

• sample feed, play and sleep routines to follow until your baby is 3 years of age.
• (Please also note, as per our discussion, this guide will be altered to suit your baby’s needs as all babies are different and require unique, tailored routines).

• Access to Online Settling Technique Video Demonstrations to assist and guide you until your baby is 3 years of age.
• As well as 3 weeks of follow up phone support.
